The Property is located at London Biggin Hill Airport which is approximately 17 miles to the south east of Central London, 16 miles to the south west of Dartford, 9 miles to the south east of Croydon and 8 miles south of Bromley.

The town is located on the A233 which connects through to Junction 4 of the M25, 8 miles to the south east. Biggin Hill is one of only three airports located within the M25.

Central London is 6 minutes by helicopter. Other major nearby transport links include the Channel Tunnel, linking Folkestone/Ashford with the ports at London Gateway and Dover.


The airport is accessed via the A233 which connects with the A232/A21 through to Junction 4 of the M25. The property itself is situated immediately to the south of the runway with direct airside access.

Building 510

Building 510 comprises a modern purpose-built maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) hangar/ancillary accommodation constructed in 2011 together with a fixed base operations facility (FBO) constructed in 2012, totalling approximately 73,356 sq ft.

We understand that the overall initial build cost was in the region of £17.25m. The MRO benefits from the following specification:

The FBO facility is fitted out to a top specification providing passengers with a high end arrival/departure experience and also includes a fully operational Border Control.
